Refund policy

I want you to love what you receive. Since everything in the shop is printed just for you, I can’t take returns for things like ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind. But if something arrives wrong, damaged, or misprinted, I’ll take care of it quickly.

If your order has a problem

Let me know within 7 days of delivery.

Send a quick note with your order number and a photo of what went wrong. Once I confirm the issue, I’ll send a free replacement or a full refund. Easy.

You don’t need to mail the item back.

If your package goes missing

If your tracking says “delivered” but it’s nowhere to be found, message me. I’ll help investigate and see what we can do.

If you just changed your mind

Since each piece is made to order, I can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color preference. Please double-check your selections before checkout.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the original payment method. I’ll keep you updated the whole way.
