Welcome to Crafty Waifu. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you don’t agree, that’s totally fine, but you shouldn’t use the site.

Crafty Waifu is an independent online shop offering original designs, artwork, patterns, and related merchandise. All products are sold for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from this store, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. You’re also responsible for ensuring your use of the site complies with your local laws.

3. Products & Availability

All items are listed as accurately as possible, but small variations in color, scale, or appearance may occur depending on your device or print process.

Some items are limited-run or made to order. Availability isn’t guaranteed until checkout is complete.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

4. Pricing

Prices are listed in USD unless noted otherwise. We may change pricing without notice, but once you’ve placed an order, the price you paid is final.

Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout when applicable.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Suspicious or fraudulent orders may be canceled.

6. Shipping

Shipping times vary based on location, carrier, and whether the item is made to order.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delays are out of our control. We aren’t responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, but we’ll do our best to help you resolve issues.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Because of the handmade and small-studio nature of Crafty Waifu products, returns and exchanges are limited.

We accept returns for items that arrive defective or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

We do not offer returns for:

Buyer’s remorse
Color variation due to screen differences
Items damaged by the customer
Ordering the wrong color or size

Custom or personalized items are final sale unless defective.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, patterns, product photos, branding, and written content on this site belong to Crafty Waifu.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or use any product or design for commercial purposes without written permission.

Purchasing an item does not grant licensing rights.

9. User Accounts

If the store allows account creation, you’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or remove accounts for misuse or violations of these Terms.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the site for anything illegal or abusive, including but not limited to:

Attempting to access private areas or data
Disrupting site performance
Interfering with transactions
Copying or scraping site content for reuse

If you break these rules, we can terminate your access.

Crafty Waifu is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business
Issues caused by third-party services such as payment processors or shipping carriers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
